6.10pm to 6.30pm – Santa Arrival Parade
6.30pm to 6.40pm – Santa on stage and meet and greet
6.40pm to 6.45pm – Parade continues in to centre, Santa goes to Santa set for Santa photos
6.45pm to 7pm – DJ Set
7.00 to 7.25pm – Paw Patrol Christmas Show
7.25 to 7.55pm –  DJ Set
7.50pm to 8.00pm – Hip Hop Elves
8.00pm to 8.10pm – The Nutcracker Snowflakes Ballerinas
8.10pm to 8.40pm – Paw Patrol Christmas Show
8.45pm –  Countdown to tree lighting
8.55pm – Tree Lighting 
9.00pm – Fireworks
