Qigong and Tai Chi are safe and gentle forms of exercise which originated in China hundreds of years ago. It is a mind and body practice involving body movements, postures, breathing and mental focus. Today, Qigong and Tai Chi are practiced worldwide as safe and effective exercise for health, fitness and wellbeing.
People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Weather permitting and bookings not required, just come along in comfortable clothing and runners.
